Please contact us if the order has not arrived by 14 days after receipt of shipping confirmation. We do understand that this may seem a little crazy but please be patient with us all! We do offer a tracking option for a small extra charge so if you require this order urgently, please select this option. For orders outside of Ireland, please understand that any postage delays are outside of our remit.
All orders will be charged a flat rate of 1.35 Euro shipping fee. This is applicable for all orders placed within Ireland. Orders placed within the EU and Internationally will be charged a flat rate of 2.20 Euro. The cost of this shipping fee covers the shipment costs from An Post and also a small charge for the packing materials, which are all fully recyclable.
We also offer a digital stamp for a flat rate fee of 2 Euro. When an order is placed requesting a digital stamp, the tracking number will be provided once posted. An Post has committed to deliver digital stamp orders within 1 business day, however please note that these timelines are out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will also receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to alter your order once it has been placed- sorry!
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
All orders will be sent via standard postal method. The Hidden Greeting is not responsible for any orders that were lost via the standard postal service.
If you wish to receive your order via registered post, please select this option at the checkout and we will provide you with an email confirmation of your tracking number. Additional charges will be incurred for registered postage options. If you wish to make any further inquiries on registered post, please contact us via email at email@example.com.
For international orders, please note that the order may take up to 6 weeks for the item to deliver due to local customs. The Hidden Greeting is not responsible for any duty or customs charges.
For International orders that are shipped using the registered post option, we will provide you with the tracking number via email. Please note that there may be a delay in the update of the tracking numbers by the postal tracking system.
